Short version: the estimate form exists so Gerry can call you back about your floor. Nothing else happens with what you send.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, optional email, what needs fixing, your area and your timing. The site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and uses no analytics scripts as shipped.
Where it goes
The estimate form is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to Ace Flooring Repair Co by email so Gerry can contact you about your request — by phone, text or email using the details you gave. Your information isn't sold, shared or added to any marketing list.
How long it's kept
Request emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Want yours deleted? Ask — call (360) 584-8553 or email hio0297@gmail.com and it's done.
Third parties
The estimate form uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to deliver your message; see their privacy terms for how it's transmitted. This site also links to outside services (for example Yelp for reviews and Washington L&I for license verification), which have their own privacy practices.
